Outdoor Career Development
Turn Passion Into Purpose

Outdoor Life Leadership prepares youth and young adults for real-world success through outdoor career development that builds skills, confidence, and job pathways.

We introduce young men ages 7–24 to hands-on experience that leads directly into outdoor jobs. From survival and leadership training to nature-based problem-solving, our programs help youth turn outdoor learning into income, careers, and business opportunities.

From the Woods to the Workforce

Our outdoor career development track opens doors to high-demand fields like park ranger, game warden work, sustainability, disaster response, and environmental careers.

We also guide youth toward wilderness jobs in trail building, firefighting, and outdoor education.

Leadership That Lasts a Lifetime

Whether someone wants to lead nature tours, protect wildlife, or launch an eco-friendly business, we give them the tools to succeed. Many of our young men grow into leaders through our youth leadership programs, learning how to guide teams, speak with confidence, and manage outdoor projects.

Every skill we teach—first aid, navigation, shelter-building, or conservation—translates into real outdoor jobs and long-term impact in environmental careers and wilderness jobs.
